My Play for NAIC
After going 4-1-2 at Origins, I took this deck to a League Challenge and was able to go 4-0 to win the event. In the three events that I have played this deck, I have gone a combined 15-2-2 which has me convinced that this deck is a strong contender. I recently created a video, which you can view here, that will explain how the deck works in more detail. I am super tired so lets just look at this list.
NAIC BlaceSalazzle

- 4x Blacephalon
- 2x Salazzle
- 2x Salandit
- 1x Blacephalon GX
- 1x Heat Factory Prism Star
- 1x Viridian Forest
- 4x Welder
- 2x Bill's Analysis
- 2x Cynthia
- 1x Guzma
- 4x Pokégear 3.0
- 4x Fire Crystal
- 3x Fiery Flint
- 4x Nest Ball
- 1x Energy Recycler
- 2x Energy Retrieval
- 2x Wishful Baton
- 2x Ultra Ball
- 1x Rescue Stretcher

- 14x Fire Energy
- 1x Beast Energy Prism Star
Pokémon (9)

UPDATE @ 8:46PM Eastern: I cut the Guzma for an additional Fiery Flint because I felt that the Guzma was a win more card. Hopefully it works out!
It is what you thought it was and I am not trying to keep this as a surprise. In my 200+ hours in testing this deck, I have come to the conclusion that it can take me all the way to the top. Hopefully I hit a bunch of good matchups. If you are at the event tomorrow, be sure to say hi, I love meeting up with players in this game! See ya!
NAIC is Here
That is a wrap for today. To update you on where I am at, I am sitting at 1700+ CP right now, I am hard locked for a Day Two invite to the World Championships, and I have hit my full Best Finish Limit (BFL) of eight Regional Championships this season. If you don’t understand how a BFL works, it basically takes your best performances at Regionals into account. I will be attending the 2019 North American International Championships this week and it is nothing short of exciting. This season has been an amazing year for me in terms of Pokémon, life, and growth as a person. I can’t wait to see what the future has in store for me and I hope that you are all there for the ride!
